The other day, my one year old Nokia Lumia 520 was running slowly. So, I turned it off. When I turned it on, it went through the usual start-up process until it reached the Windows icon. Then, it turned off and started booting up again. This process continues endlessly until I take out the battery. Charging it does not help.
I live in Tanzania and took it to a phone repair shop. They couldn't fix it. I also tried pressing the volume down and power key, then the volume down key to get the "exclamation point" reset screen. But, then it continued to cycle on and off.
Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong?
