If I don't upgrade to Windows 10 on my phone, will I be able to use the store?

if i won't upgrade to windows 10 in phone will i be able to use store

windows 10 interface for phones is not good so i do not want to upgrade it..therefore i want to know will i be able to use store with latest apps in windows 8 phone?

"not good" - it's not done, bro.

You'll be fine for a while, but eventually apps will probably stop working properly and then the store completely, but who knows.
