how to install apps on 8 inch hp tablet in windows 10

I installed Voxer on my 8 inch HP Tablet. I installed Voxer from the Google Play site where the app can be downloaded for free. When I return to the installation page it will not let me download it because it says that it has already been installed on my tablet. I cannot find the downloaded app on my tablet. When I look in the control panel Voxer is not there. Can you please help me? I am very frustrated and need help! Thank you in advance for your time and attention.

Google play APK files do not work on Windows 10. Only desktop Win32 or Windows Store apps will run without an emulator. Check to see if you're downloading the right file before installing.
