Why uploaded application to beta store can`t be installed?

Hi, I was using visual studio 2012 to develop a game. Testers uploaded app to beta store, but installation wasn`t successful. Just after download completes, message shows up "Attention required" and no more information. We tried to create empty project and everything worked fine. So why I can`t install app from beta store? Product and publisher ids are correct. I run automatic store tests, all tests passed. And also I want to know why I can`t run app on device without debugger, maybe it is connected somehow. Thanks.
