why my lumia 730 says server error even though my phone has correct date and time

when im trying to upgrade my lumia 730 through windows insider preview it always says server error check date/time and network even though my date and time are correct and connected to wifi
please help me guys.....

Kind of a tricky question. I suggest you make sure your ducks are in a row before doing your upgrade.
My assumption is you are upgrading to Windows Phone 10. Are you upgrading from WP8.1 or an earlier build of Windows Phone 10?
There are multiple clocks... There are multiple failure spots...
If possible, perhaps you can do a hard reset and start over. If this is possible, it might be the safest solution for you.
