Why isn't my viber connecting to internet eventhough I have internet connections?

I have installed viber and activated viber on my windows 8.1 PC. But I can never get online via the PC, eventhough my PC is connected to the internet. Whenever I try to call or text someone via viber it says that there is no service. I tried re installing it several times but it does not seem to connect to the internet.

Try contacting them via their website. I used Viber on Win8.1 and it worked fine. They don't have a Win10 app yet, so I can't verify the experience. Their Windows phone app on WP8.1 is working.
