How do I change battery in the 635?

My 635 getting pretty hot. Boost says it needs a new battery. Have had the 635 for about 8 months. I rechgarge over night, every night. Boost says I need a new phone as battery cannot be replaced. True? I love my 635.

The back cover and the battery beneath it can be easily replaced.

Also, there are more than one potential causes of heat in a phone. Some of its normal, like heavy cellular usage or number crunching.

Bull. The 635 has a removable battery, and if it's less than a year old it would have to be replaced under warranty even if that weren't the case. Go contact Microsoft directly.
