Why aren't apps I uninstalled being removed from my laptop

[Windows Central Question]

I have an HP pavilion touchsmart laptop running Windows 10. Now I'm new here, I come from crackberry and use a blackberry but please spare me the "get a windows phone" comments. I digress, so I haven't been able to connect to blackberry link and blend so I uninstalled both of them however they're still on my computer and run the exact same way as before. I need to get rid of them so I can reinstall them because currently I can't connect my BlackBerry to them and I'm pretty positive it's not the phone's fault but I don't want to wipe it or anything unless I know it is my phone. If anyone could help me get the apps off of my computer so I can try reinstalling them I will be more than grateful and tell everyone over at crackberry how amazing you guys are. Thanks in advanced!

If the uninstall stuff won't work, I'd track down both Blend and Link and delete them manually from the computer.

(Blackberry 10 has a very compelling feature set and UX, no sweat)

By finding them in, for example C:\Program Files (x86)\ and deleting them directly.
