Windows 10 - How can I get the Quick Access Menu working?

Windows Central Question

Windows 10 - Quick Access Menu is Not Working

During some installation, my Quick Access menu is Crashed and not working now at all.
It gives "Unspecified Error" dialog box when I try to add anything in that menu again
