Windows Central Question

When browsing windows 10 app store, how do you know an app is a "universal" app? I usually see Windows Central article about "X" app now is a "universal" app, or "y" company launching a new "universal' app.

I know what a "universal" app means. But, when I go to the Windows 10 Store, how can i tell it is written as a "universal app" and not as a windows 8.1 app? Netflix, for example, it is listed as the same app in the store in my windows 8.1 machine as it is in my windows 10 machine app store.
