Surface 2 won't power up
Won a Surface 2 from Hilton Hotels last year and Microsoft set the warranty for when they sent them to Hilton and not when I received it. It has been about a year since I have had it and have used it only about 15 times because I use other devices but I did like office being on the Surface 2. Well my Surface 2 will no longer power up and I went to a Microsoft store today and the only thing they can do is swap it out for $299. If I didn't get this for free I would have the *** right now but the only thing I can do now is trash this pristine looking tablet and advise everyone to avoid Microsoft products because it is not normal for electronics to stop working after a year.
