I've asked Cortana a question about Norton360. She decided to change my name. Now what?

Check if your name/nickname is still the same in her notebook, if not, change it back Norton360 is kinda cool tho

Cannot chance anything in Notebook. Clicking in "Change My Name" makes nothing: just stalls the app. No window opens

Well im just throwing this out there, but if you have w10 installed on your pc and cortana is activated, try changing your name there?
