Realtek Volume Slider stuck on display, how can I get it off of the display?

Realtek Volume Slider stuck on display

I cannot get rid of the volume slider that is displayed at the top left of my screen. I've tried everything from rebooting, to uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek Audio.
