I have just set up a new desktop computer, it automatically used another person's Microsoft info to set up this computer not the right info

It should ask what Microsoft Account to use...

You may be stuck in Demo Mode.

Is the Admin Allison Brown? Darrin DeYoung?

If so... You need to take the device back to where you purchased it. The retailer has the Password you need from the demo and they should get you set up fresh.
