Windows Phone 8.1 - Can no longer disable complex password for the lock screen. Help?

WPCentral Question

Hi guys.

My Lumia 930 (OS Version 8.10.104266.359) has just this morning started demanding that I set a complex password consisting of 4 characters, a number, a capital letter, a lower case letter, and the blood of a chinchilla. This is just to get passed my lock screen.
I've gone into all the settings options, there is no option to turn password off any more, it's locked as "ON".

I've never had a password on my phone as I find them frustrating, especially with such ridiculous requirements.
In my opinion the best way to protect your information is to not give your phone to the sort of nob who would snoop through your information. Whether I'm right or wrong, I'd at least like the option to make that decision myself.

Anyone else seeing this? Is there a way I can disable it?

I'm in the UK on O2, the phone is fully up to date.

Thanks for the help.

Update: It's a company security procedure activated when I synced a certain email account to the phone.
Not something i've seen before, very interesting!

Thread is resolved, I can't close it though. Mods?

Thanks
