My touch screen does not react ?!?

My smartphone fell down the table. He has now gotten a lot of scratches, the touch-functions are also affected. My Volume up and down keys aren't working as well. That's why I can't reset my phone. I want to transfer my contacts, pictures, videos etc. to my PC, but I have a password.
I have a Nokia Lumia 520

Anything that is on the SD card can be saved... and anything in the cloud is still there.

Power down, pull the SD card and xfer that to PC.

Sign into the cloud services on the new phone > calendar, contacts, to-do, etc should all be there.
