I am in the same predicament as you and none of the tips/ links are working. I'm quite surprised that the Moderators or Editors are not writing about this.
It must have affected a very small ( but Loyal and supportive) segment of users. I have been a fan of both Microsoft and WCentral for quite some time . I read WCentral 3 times a Day. I feel let down.

Team , if any of you are reading this can you post something or advise . I was going to contact Microsoft ,but thought I would see if the group here could advise something.
