I can not update my phone. I had some problems with the internal memory (since it has no external memory). But it has enough space to proceed.
I followed the steps forums, Settings> Phone Update> Check for updates> etc etc, when finally proceeds to install, it takes very little installing and the error appears message. I tried the hard reset by pressing the buttons simultaneously: lock> volume> camera. It has not worked either. I live in Venezuela and I wonder if there may be a problem with the language + region. I tried to install switching to United States, and Regional Format United States. The phone was purchased by Amazon, its origin is Australia TESLA. I have a HTC 8X with 16 Gb. And I really need your help.
Espa?ol: No puedo actualizar mi tel?fono. He tenido algunos problemas con la memoria interna (puesto a que no tiene memoria externa). He seguido los pasos de los foros, Settings > Phone Update > Check for updates > etc etc, cuando al fin procede a instalar, tarda muy poco instalando y aparece el mensaje con el error.
Intent? el hard reset, pulsando los botones al mismo tiempo: lock > volume > camera. No ha funcionado tampoco.
Resido en Venezuela y me pregunto si puede ser un inconveniente con el language + region. Lo he intentado instalar cambiando a United States, y Regional Format United States.
El tel?fono fue comprado por AMAZON, su origen es Australia TESLA.
