Good evening, I am new on this forum. My Nokia Lumia 930 has a touch problem.

Two months ago I bought a Nokia Lumia 930 but I have a problem with the touchscreen: after a recovery from standby the touch doesn't work. I've tried to launch the camera or to switch off the telephone but I can't use the touch so a reset is necessary. Italian Microsoft support wasn't able to solve it. Do someone has the same issue?
