Why am I not able to install anything from the Windows store?

why i'm not able to install any from w.store

i hv upgraded frm w-7 to w-10 my os is updated but when i open play store and try to install any app or game it does noting. em not even able to sing in on window store.
when i click on download on any app or any stuff it does not respond so plz help me.

First things first, its called Windows Store and not Play Store. Secondly, have you verified your identity on the W10 machine? To do that, go to Settings >> Accounts >> Your Account >> Verify. Third you'll need a Microsoft account (Outlook, Hotmail, Live) to sign-in to download apps.
