Why does my microsoft store keep crashing?

[Windows Central Question]

Everytime i try to open the store/download an app it crashes. I have reset my laptop and it worked for a few brief moments then afterwords the store would no longer work again. I got this laptop about three days ago and i have been having problems with the microsoft store since. Please help!!
