Why won't Surface pro 3 pen launch OneNote or take Screenshot after installing Windows 10

The pen worked fine on Windows 8.1. However since I installed Windows 10 few days ago, the pen wont launch OneNote (by clicking top bottom) neither will it take screenshot (by pressing twice) BUT I have been able to draw with it after opening OneNote manually. The pen is paired. I updated my surface pro 3 today and there are no more updates - What should I do!?? (I loved the screenshot feature, and really want it back!!!)

Have you checked the Surface app to see what the default action is?

I saw this issue when upgrading my SP3 and I think I had to re-pair it to work.
