Why can't I upgrade my Lumia 530 to W10?

Can't upgrade lumia 530 to W10

I downloaded the insider app, chose the fast ring was an update and a restart, then nothing happens. I went back and selected fast ring again, it reboots but the upgrade still doesn't show up. It says it's up to date, I'm still on 8.1
any ideas?

Intento actualizar mediante el anillo rapido, pero me dice que ya esta up to date
