After updating Windows 10 free version I can't connect with the Bluetooth device of my phone. How can I pair them again?

After updating windows 10 free version i coundn't connect with bluetooth device of my phone.

I removed pair between my phone and lapy then make again it after updating bluetooth drivers from device manager. There have pair between my phone and my laptop can create but i cant receive a file which i sent from my phone. please solve it.
