Why is my L640 turning on and off on its own again?

Back in July/Aug I ran the Stop Restart app & w/ updates it seemed fixed. Now it is turning on/off on its own increasingly during the last 2 weeks. Reran the app again, said "no problem w/ phone" and of no effect. Anyone else have this issue? I don't want to reset the phone just for this. Lumia Denim 8.1, Upgrade 2 version.

Could be a hardware problem developed with the phone. Hard to be certain. If it has been dropped or exposed to moisture/water it could have introduced a problem. If you have recently installed a new SD card and the problems started after that install, you may want to remove it and see if it resolves the issues.

Thanks rhapdog, but no dropping, moisture of sd card installed.
