I downloaded windows 10 and now it can't access my charter.net email account. what can I do?

I clicked on mail on the start page and eventually got an error message. Why is it so hard to transfer my email account from Windows 8 when all my other info seems to be there?

You may just need to set up your Charter email manually in order to start using it again. If it didn't upgrade with the rest, then you'll just have to re-enter your information to set it up again.
