Why does my PC constantly freeze and crash

So, i installed Windows 10 without that much trouble but after i'd upgraded my PC constantly freezes and crashes. When it freezes i cant move my mouse or do Ctr + Alt +Del and i have to do a Reboot or Force Shut Down. Sometimes it will Freeze and then bring me to a screen teling me that i had a problem and it needs to gather some info and then it would restart my PC... it also says "For solutions look up this online" and it will either say machine_check_exception or clock_watchdog_timeout... someone please help

Seems you have a hardware fault that interrupts your OS and prevents it from returning to normal operation - thus the crash.

It gets pretty technical and hard to convey. Please see these answers from Microsoft MVPs.

One takeaway I had from looking this up for you is that you should go to the support page for your device and make sure to get all the updates for hardware drivers and especially BIOS/UEFI and apply them...

If the problem persists after that you will need advanced hardware diagnostics to pinpoint the exact issue.
