Why is my lenovo usb mouse scroll wheel no longer working with windows 10?

I have recently updated to windows 10 and now my Lenovo usb mouse scroll wheel no longer works properly. I have updated the driver to the most up to date for windows 10. The scroll wheel does work in Microsoft outlook 2010 but doesn't work in Microsoft Edge.

Well go to device manager and uninstall the driver (make sure you check the box to completely remove it). Then click search for hardware changes. After windows searches for the driver and installs it, luckily you will get it up and running.

I followed your suggestion and I still have no scrolling ability on Microsoft Edge... Outlook works though still. Could this problem be specific to Edge??
