Videos not showing on my Lumia.

Any video goes with black screen and green box in it .
When I press play , screen goes black and green box is on screen but the audio runs fine.

I ignore it by pressing lock button.

Help!! This is happen with me again in Windows 8.1 Denim phone.

Do videos shot with your phone's camera work fine or are these videos downloaded from somewhere else?

I've been solved it by doing soft reset...
