mobile data connection option is not accessible and signal goes frezee?

I purchase Lumia 640 dual sim on 7 July 2015. now i face the problem regarding signal freeze and mobile data connection option is not accessible. If someone calling me then in reply is "number you are trying is currently switched off". After restarting the phone is working fine but after 5 to 6 hours the same problem occurs. I go to Microsoft/Nokia local service center 2 time but problem is not resolved. They reinstall the firmware/OS but after 3 to 4 days same problem occurs.

Suggest me what i do.

Hello and welcome to Windows Central.

Here are two things you may attempt to do:
1. Check with your Mobile Service Provider on the issue. You may need to have your SIM card replaced (without changing your mobile number and subscription details).
2. Bring your phone back to Nokia/Microsoft and tell them that the solution they proposed did not work. That should force them to find a different solution, and you may want to insist on it, too. Your phone should still be under warranty anyway.

Rather than sharing your email address (to the billions of Internet users), you may create a Windows Central account to respond to this thread and track answers to your query.
