how to check any update every level in windows 10 Technical Preview

I have installed windows 10 Technical Preview with the help of windows insider so how can I know which version of Technical Preview is running now and is there any updates available or not.? When i check update of windows phone setting then it says udate are up to date.

Settings - about,under device onformation it gives os version.If you remain in fast ring on insider app.Youll get the next update also.I keep an eye out on windows central,and gabe auls twitter fr news on future builds
