URGENT! WPRT not installing

I wanted to revert my phone to 8.1 but the recovery tool dosent install it always gives me a hash value incorrect error. I managed to install a previous version of WPRT n when i start it, it says i need to update but after dloading the update it fails it install ( i think when trying to install WinUsb drivera ext). Same prob with NSRT.

Why is this happening?
Please suggest a sol.
Im running windows 10 build 10240.

Just disable driver signature enforcement and try to install it once again..
