Why my installed windows app shortcut image in desktop now became so tiny?

The icon looks the same size, but the image inside in resized to a ridiculous tiny thing inside the image. This just happens to windows apps installed from store. For example facebook as a really tiny almost invisible "F" in the middle of that known blue square.
This start last night.
