How can I reduce the background time to 10 seconds from the 1 minute time limit Win 10 offers
in Win 8.1, I made the background change to every 10 seconds. (I get board easy).
The time limit of the Slideshow for Backgrounds on the lowest setting in Win 10 is 1 minute.
I want to reduce this. can I change it in System 32 ? or device manager or system.ini ?
and do I have to go in as the Administrator to do so ?
