Can I video call someone with my Nokia 1520 to an iphone (facetime)

I have got skype working but only a handful of my friends have skype and most have iphones. Is there an app or a way of being able to video call someone with my Nokia 1520 to an iphone?

FaceTime is Apple products only - you'll have to use Skype, ooVoo or another cross-platform video chat service.
