After Windows 10 installation I have no sound on my laptop, how can I get my sound back?

after windows 10 installation no sound on lap top .

while installing ,windows has removed NVIDIA HD Audio Driver 1.2.24.0 .Can that be the reason?

Nvidia HD Driver usually controls the audio through HDMI so it might not be the reason. Check if your primary audio adapter needs a driver update.
