Why does my status screen stays forever on Loading.. on W10 10536.1004?

Start screen stays forever on Loading... on W10 10536.1004

Hi, I have a L1520. I upgraded from WP8.1 SP2 directed to 10536.1004 today from Fast Ring.

And after that the Start screen is unable to load, it constantly stays on loading, and then crash, and back to loading...
I am currently doing Settings->Device->About->Reset for the second time but idk if this would fix it.
Does anyone have similar problem?

Yes it's a problem with this build. I have it also

Mainly after a restart will the loading bug surface. What works for me every time is going into Cortana, then hold back arrow and swipe down to close it. You may have to do this 2-3 times, but it works
