My Lumia 520 jams during installing update to Win 10, what should I do?

my lumia 520 jam during installing update to Win 10

i have lumia 520 , and i tried to installing Win 10 via wondow insoder but its jam..and installing properely even it is not starting..just rolling images of spikes...how could I solve this problem..plz help..my phone is not working

With just 512 MB RAM, Lumia 520 is definitely not the best choice to try W10M TP...and the best possible solution is to roll back to 8.1 with the help of Windows phone recovery tool...

but its not getting start bro!...and how could i use Windows phone recovery tool...via PC?
