Unable to turn on wifi on Nokia lumia 920 phone after upgrade to win 10.

Each time I flip the wifi switch, it says that I cannot turn on wifi now. It asks me to try again in a little while and if problems persists I should restart the phone and try again. Have done that several times with same result. Can make and receive calls but unable to send or receive text msg. I had no problems before the upgrade.

You should make hard reset and give it a fresh start...
