Why does my backup stop at 96?

Backup - Apps+settings

Whenever I try doing a backup, it stops at 96% and displays "There was a problem backing up your settings. Try again later." - background photo only 20 KB size. Lock screen photo size only 26 KB. Tried "manage backup" and delete. still the same problem occurs. Any one Please help........

I also have the same issue but my backup works check the date if its same as the day u took the backup and try to restore .

I also can't my phone to back up only reason for not going win 10 . Been trying for about a month with no luck....
