Nokia Here Drive used to be da bomb-- had very few errors, and with the exception of not telling which side of the street your destination was on, was every bit as good as my Tom Tom.
Ever since Here Drive split and you had to create a second account, its performance has deteriorated. It is now consistently adding 15-minutes to an hour to destinations, vs, decidedly shorter routes. The "My Commute" section used to remember which commutes I made on which day of the week--it no longer does this.
Services are supposed to improve with apps...not deteriorate.
