Will win 10 upgrade replace dll files?

so i wanted to ask if im running win 7 with corrupted dll files and i upgrade to win 10 will it replace them,create new or it will be using my old corrupted dll files?

Probably replace them. Try it, and if you still have problems do a fresh install. Do the upgrade first, though, to get your key.
