Living Pictures that come up as a .nar file extension on my phone - can i play on my pc?

found some comment with regard to changing the file extention from .thm to .mp4 but mine are not names that way. as an example in windows mine are WP_(date of picture)_Smart

Welcome to Windows Central.

.nar images are not living images - those are data related to the Smart Sequence capture, that's why it has "Smart" in the file name.

If you want to view/watch the "moving images" in the living images, you will need to find the files that have a WP_date_.mp4.thm file name. Copy those files to your PC and then delete the .thm extension, leaving the .mp4 extension alone.
