Windows 10 doesn't allow me to use my existing printer like windows 8 did. Can I delete windows 10?

I did everything your instructions indicated I should do for this problem, but to no avail. What good is windows 10 if there's a "glitch" in the program that prevents my printer from working as in windows 8?
