Sometimes I can't open some apps in Lumia 640 excel

I got my favourite Lumia 640 excel, when I got this as a new phone I don't have any problem, but days after I'm getting some problem, main problem is when I touch an app to open its coming as resuming... After a few seconds it goes back to main menu... If I select again its not opening... After 2 to 3 minutes... Its starting if I select that... Please someone help me out in this...

I have the same issue sometimes with my regular 640. The only way to resolve it for me is to restart the phone. Also reinstalling the app. So u have the app installed on a a micro SD card? That's also an issue. Cant trust SD cards nowadays.

No bro, even what's app have the same issue, what's app is downloaded in phone memory only, but why I am not able to open that also...
