How to download .xap file or install app manually in Lumia 540?

Recently i am unable to find an option on Windows mobile app store website "Download and install manually" and instead of i am getting "GET APP on your phone".
So how to download official .xap file from app store website because i dont have any wifi for download big app.

It is possible now to side load limited number of apps and even unlimited if you 'hack' your phone and change registry, you can even side load android apps, but this is not a forum appropriate to talk about such stuff, all U need is available on google, just look for something like xda sideload apps windows mobile, or something similar

Goto setting--> click update --> click for developers and in that u have to choose developer mode... Thats all. Now try again.
NB: Only the .appx file can install in wp 10.. None other extension will not work. I have tried it... So only download .appx file or .appx bundle.
After clicking the app, it will show a install icon click install. After that the screen will be blackout or exit. Wait for sometime. If nothing happening. Rename the file and try again.
