How can I fix a Wifi intermittent problem?

Wifi intermittant problem

Hi
My WIFI connection works only intermittantly. I get a message on the WIFI icon saying that "unavailable" (I'm translating from French so it might be a different message in English)

After some time and much trying to sort it, it comes back only top fail again after a couple of days. My driver is up to date.

I have to run this through a cell phone connection ....not ideal !

What is your router model. My dlink d'link dir 320 have the same problem. I reflash it and my problems has gone.
