How to update to the latest build?

I am currently running version 10.0.10166.0 of the Windows Phone 10 Technical Preview and would like to update to the latest build of 10.0.10536.1004, i have installed the Windows Insider Application and selected the Insider Fast, but when i update from the Update & Security > Phone Update, update is either taking so long and with it finished if does not update the phone and does nothing.

Since there's 2 builds between those two, i would recommend to flash back to 8.1 and install 10536, or wait while you need to download and install 10240,10512 and then 10536. It's long procedure but it will be worth it
