How can I get rid of the alarm notification?

I can't get rid of an alarm notification

I put an alarm on to say Doctors tomorrow 07.05am but it shows on my phone everyday although when I go into alarms there are none set for me to delete,

Are you really referring to the Alarms or is it the Cortana Reminder?
