Why does my wifi driver get disabled and I can't re-enable it?

wifi driver gets disabled and cant re-enable it

My Wifi sense disables and re-enable my wifi as a troubleshoot. But when my wifi is disabled it does not get enabled. I tried enabling it in the adapter settings but not enabled. When this problem comes up then I will not be able to shut down or restart my laptop. It shuts down only when I remove battery. Wifi will again be active after the restart and the same issue occurs. Please Give me a solution.
